A holistic wellness program is coming to Kalamazoo.

According to a community announcement, the Holistic Health Fair will be held March 28 and 29 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Radisson Plaza Hotel, 100 W. Michigan Ave., Kalamazoo. It will bring together integrative medicine, natural health solutions and conscious living for a two-day community experience.

The event is part of a series of fairs in Illinois, Wisconsin and Michigan. Each city has a unique mix of practitioners and professions, creating locally relevant but regionally recognized programs.

    Diverse range of offerings

The Kalamazoo Fair will showcase a wide range of holistic modalities and products including naturopathy, chiropractic care, herbal remedies, sound therapy, massage therapy, nutrition and supplements, crystals and gemstones, spiritual readings, natural skin care, candles and jewelry.

According to the announcement, licensed chiropractic and naturopathy wellness providers will be on site, providing information on integrative approaches that work alongside traditional medicine. Their presence reflects the growing interest in whole-person wellness strategies focused on preventive care and long-term health.

Attendees can explore educational talks, live demonstrations, natural products and wellness technologies while connecting directly with practitioners and small businesses serving the area.

    Growing interest in holistic health

“Holistic health and the natural lifestyle are completely back,” founder Debra Smith-Anderson said in the announcement. “More people are taking a proactive approach to their well-being – integrating services, natural products, and lifestyle changes to support preventative health. What was once considered alternative is now part of the mainstream conversation. Integrative medicine recognizes that body, mind, and spirit are interconnected, and when we support the whole person, we create stronger, more sustainable wellness.”

The event is family-friendly, and children 16 and under can attend for free.

Tickets cost $8 for a day or $12 for the weekend when purchased in advance, or $12 for the day or $18 for the weekend when purchased at the event.

For tickets or exhibitor information, call 262-515-1472, email info@holistichealthfair.org or visit www.holistichealthfair.org.
