    Only a few people are so committed to the movement, like a mother of five, a writer, a podcast host, etc. women’s Health cover star, kate ferdinand. ‘I’ve been training for 20 years and I’ve always talked about how important it is to my life,’ she explains. women’s Health.     Beyond structured workouts, Walking There’s another non-negotiable in Kate’s weeks. ‘Rio and I walk a lot. In Dubai, we probably go for evening walks three or four times a week. We’ll just take a 45 minute tour and walk you through our day. “I love it,” she says.
