Not only do I like to stock up on key items during the holiday sales, but I also like to stockpile items to use as hostess gifts or to save for use at home as the year begins. I’m glad I made an end-of-the-year purchase from RITUALS, a brand from the Netherlands that has been sold in the US for a long time, both in their stores and online. when i went recently ritual websiteIt greeted me with a message saying “Shipping has been temporarily halted”. Ah, tariffs. Another favorite brand of mine has been affected. Good thing I saw their site in late 2024.
One of the items I purchased was the Ritual Luxury Kitchen Set in Sweet Jasmine from their private collection (i.e. fragrances crafted by perfumers) in a smaller size.
Thank God, I also bought a full size hand balm in Amber, my favorite Ritual scent. The White Jasmine set is composed of two pump bottles, 3.7 fl in hand wash. ounce. /110ml And hand balm which has 2.8 fl. oz/85ml Each bottle is a festive shiny gold plastic. Actually, I bought the set to keep as a hostess gift, but since I didn’t need it as a gift, I decided to use it in my guest bathroom.
Sweet Jasmine is described by Rituals as: “a soothing blend of romantic florals, spicy fruits and warm woody notes”. I would say that is absolutely accurate. Although Sweet Jasmine is more feminine, I think the “warm woody notes” give it a gender-neutral edge that anyone can use to wash their hands and moisturize afterward with Sweet Jasmine.
I checked to see if RITUALS stores still exist in the US, but I think they may have been discontinued. Amazon There are still some RITUALS products on the US website but they are on the verge of being sold out.
Nevertheless, RITUALS is a worldwide brand, and can be found in stores, airports, and hotels around the world. If you’re outside the US, you can order from your country’s website or purchase in a local store. In fact, I was just looking at the UK website, the size of the skin care collection was much larger than what was available in the States. Oh well, I hope I get back to Europe one of these days and can stock up on my favorite products as well as new to me products. Hope you can too.
