    “I think one of the biggest things is how I can maintain that routine when my life is going on at a high-energy level,” she said. “It’s getting up in the morning. Even if it’s 20 minutes, I go for a run. I do yoga, I stretch. I eat really clean. I drink a lot of water. I don’t drink a lot of alcohol. I keep it really tight. And then as soon as I finish the run, I blow it all in one day.”
