What happens within a few hours of eating a high-fat meal?
We Are Only as old as our arteries. What can we do to preserve artery function as we age? Poor diet and sedentary behavior can lead to adverse aging processes, such as the loss of little power plants in our cells, resulting in the buildup of free radicals, oxidative stress and inflammation, which can lead to artery dysfunction that can culminate in heart disease that depletes us.
In a series of videos I wrote about a decade ago, discussed Historical research shows that a high-fat meal can impair artery function within hours of consumption, while a low-fat meal causes no change, as you can see below and in my video at 1:04 Saturated fat causes artery and lung inflammation.
In the study, high-fat diets Paralyzed The celebration included McDonald’s Sausage and Egg McMuffins. How do we know whether the sausage, egg or cheese was to blame? What about the useless carbohydrates in biscuits or anything else? Because the only low-fat food that didn’t impair artery function was the sugary mess of carby Frosted Flakes.
Just when your artery function finally starts to recover, five or six hours later – it’s lunch time! Then, your arteries may be affected by another load of meat, eggs, dairy, or oil. Why does this happen Case What happens to your body after eating? That’s because most of us spend about 16 hours a day in a postprandial state, which puts constant pressure on our arteries. It’s no wonder heart disease is our number one killer.
And it’s just not Provoke The arteries of our heart as well as our lungs. “High fat challenge increases airway inflammation and impairs bronchodilator recovery in asthma.” When mucus was released from the lungs of people with asthma four hours after eating the same type of high-fat meal, inflammatory cells increased in the high-fat food group, as you can see below and at 2:12 in my Video.

In terms of lung function, when given With two hits of their inhalers (which contain a drug called albuterol or Ventolin), their airways open up like they should after a low-fat meal. But after a high-fat meal, the same inhaler dose doesn’t work as well, depleting after a few hours due to additional inflammation in their lungs, as you can see below and at 2:29 in my Video.

what can you eat to decide How well you breathe.
But those study participants were people with asthma. Well, researchers found Even people without asthma have a similar increase in inflammatory cells in the sputum expelled from their lungs four hours after eating, in this case, “Jimmy Dean’s Meat Lover’s Breakfast Bowl.”
and there are not doing Only more inflammatory cells; This doubles the amount of pro-inflammatory oxidized LDL cholesterol adsorbed by the type of white blood cells that form foam cells. Those are the cells that create inflammatory pus in your artery wall that causes a heart attack. In this case, all this happens within a few hours of eating the pizza. Fats in your blood increase, and your endotoxin levels also increase, as you can see below and at 3:16 in my Video.

endotoxin Are Bacterial cell wall components and foods such as meat can be contaminated With bacteria – living and dead – that they accumulate endotoxins. We’re talking about both red meat and white meat, as you can see below and at my 3:28 Video.

But recent research (published in 2020) suggestion of After all, the main culprit may not be endotoxin, but fat. The saturated fat floating around in your blood after an unhealthy diet can directly induce inflammation. Either way, what we eat, meal by meal, is responsible for shaping the risk factors for chronic metabolic disease.
