    Alix Earl shares intense workout routine, reveals ‘helpful’ trick she recently learned

    Alix Earl brought fans along with her during her most recent trip to the gym and shared some helpful tips she learned along the way. Models, content creators and being posted on TikTok on Monday, March 9 dancing with the stars The Season 34 runner-up told her 8.3 million followers what her latest workout involved, and to say it was “no joke” would be an understatement.

    be real with me The host was joined by her friend Alyssa Caparelli, as the two hit the gym in coordinating groups ready to workout. Earl begins the video by saying that he plans to “follow (Caparelli’s) lead,” adding that he is “a little better at this thing.” Then the two started with some simple stretches to warm up before the dive.

    First, they performed synchronized squats for one minute, each lifting a 35-pound weight, repeating the set twice. They moved up to the arms using 15-pound weights, once again performing one-minute sets repeated twice. Following these lifts, he engaged his core through heel contact. “Normally, I go to a Pilates class, or I have the same routine I always do at the gym,” Earl said in the voiceover accompanying the clip. “So it was good for me to, like, go along and do something else—even though I was struggling a little bit.”

    Still, the content creator pushed ahead, performing more arm exercises using 7.5-pound weights, some split squats and a variety of planks and core-tightening moves. “Also, something I’ve learned recently is ‘breathe.’ It sounds simple, but I never really breathed when I was working out,” she admitted, adding the tip, “Exhaling and really squeezing your core is really helpful.” In total, Earl said he and Capparelli worked out for “40 minutes” in total, and finished everything off with one-minute bicycle crunches.

    And we weren’t the only ones taking notes! The content creator’s followers also enjoyed her new TikTok post, taking to the comments section to commend her commitment to the intense routine, both for the useful exercise tips and the relatability shown by Earle throughout the video.

    “Alix Earl said she started working out so I started working out,” one fan joked, which Earl liked.

    “We love a strong queen,” one user said, to which the Earl simply replied, “Trying.”

    Another commenter wrote, “Ouch, I love how honest you are Alix, this is so helpful.”

    Another agreed, saying, “I used to hold my breath when I lifted weights, too.” “Like why it’s so hard to breathe and lift or engage your core.”
