Because Thrive Empower Matte Precision Lip Crayon The everyday lipstick turned out so good, I decided to buy another shade that I thought would look better on me than the free one, Cassa, described as dusty pink (on me, very light pink) which Thrive gifted me when I purchased about a month ago. Hey, the color looks better in the photo below than IRL!
my new shadow, lying down, Described as Brick Rose sounds good to me. It suits my fair/white skin, works well with my chemically enhanced red hair, and even works with my cool skin tones, although I would say Letty would probably be even better for warmer skin tones. The shade is a very nice neutral but the “brick” color enhances my natural lip color.

While I was trying out my new shade, I realized I forgot to mention the lip crayon sharpener where the color identifier is on the bottom of the crayon. Oh. It’s important for the Precision Lip Crayon to stay sharp! I just wanted to point it out if you hadn’t already guessed that little tidbit. 😉
Since my lips are very dry, I make sure to wear this MAC Prep + Prime Lip Primer Below (reviewed here). Still, it is a comfortable matte lipstick, and I’m sure anyone with normal or slightly dry lips can apply it on its own without any issues.
